African Food!



Yassa Polilet




I had this very delicious called Yassa Polilet (Chicken leg and lemon and olive sauce). I've never tasted something like this before. It's delightfully sour and full of olive fragrance. The chicken is so tender that I don't have to use fork to take the meat from the bone. I just touch it with the spoon and the meat comes right off. Even the bones are soft enough to eat.

Too bad I don't eat beef otherwise I would've tried it. The sauce is made of stewed beef and spices instead of ground beef.

Having my favorite beer to make the Saturday night even more wonderful! It tastes flowery!
